I picked up my first camera in college on a whim, and I never really put it down. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something I couldn't imagine living without. There's something about freezing a single moment in time — a laugh, a glance, a happy tear — that feels like the most meaningful work I've ever done.
I shot my first wedding for a friend, completely terrified and absolutely in love with every second of it. From that day on, I knew this was exactly where I was supposed to be. Years later, I still get butterflies on wedding mornings. That excitement never gets old.
Today I get to do what I love alongside some of the most incredible couples, and I don't take a single day of that for granted.
